[nexpose-users] Help debugging licensing issue

Hello all,

I'm trying to debug a problem that some users have faced:
The issue: The licensing mechanism fails to activate the license at installation time.

The problem is proven difficult to reproduce, so If any of you have faced this issue I would like to get your feedback answering the following questions:

*         Approximately what date did you faced this issue?.

*         What OS were you running?.

*         Were you behind a firewall?.

*         Were you able to license the product afterwards through the administration tab?

*         Any other information on special configurations on your network or access to Internet would be helpful.
