I am trying to scan 5 Ip address's and I tried re entering the product key under the licensing tab but no use. The error is it cannot be activated .

Please help me to resolve this.

How many devices have you set-up in your site? If you are getting the error and have 0 devices, just take the product key and re-enter it into under the "Licensing" tab of https://yourip:3780/admin/nsc.html
