I suppose I could use RTF and then print to PDF, but that's a little bit messy and defeats the purpose of scheduled reports (if someone is using them).
I thought that 255 is just a variable in some file that can just be adjusted and the root of the problem would be solved...

What format are you having the report generated in? The preamble cannot be extended, but if it is in a format that allows editing you could do it post generation.

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knows the way of getting around the limitation of Executive Summary Preamble length for custom built report templates?
At the moment you can't set it up to be longer than 255 letters and sometimes it's not enough...
