[nexpose-users] 192.168.1.100 is DEAD

Make sure that the device discovery process isn't ruling a live device out.
I see this happen when discovery is set to just check ICMP and :80 (the
default on the full-audit template)

but nexpose says 192.168.1.102 is DEAD.  I've confirmed there are open ports
on that machine and the windows machine at 192.168.1.102 has it's firewall
disabled.
