[nexpose-users] start up issues with community edition

Whenever nexpose community edition starts up it seems to take a long 
time and re-do commands and sequences that it already did before.  For 
example, I always see this message:

"compiling vulnerability definitions for first time users, this could 
take several minutes...."

Well, I'm not a first time user so does it go through this each and 
every time it starts up?
