[framework] Problem with ms09_067_excel_featheader

When use 
msf > use exploit/windows/fileformat/ms09_067_excel_featheader

resulting .XLS file is only 3KB and it corrupted, when open, it shown
alert window "The file is corrupt and can not be opened".
It opens though, then prompt to send error report to MS..
