[framework] Metasploit 3.2 - Beta Testing!

Looking for as much feedback/bug hunting as possible prior to Wednesday, 
we are shooting for a Wednesday morning official release of 3.2. The 
major change to Windows/3.2 from trunk is better international support. 
If you had a non-ascii character in Windows username and had trouble 
using the Framework, 3.2 should at least make it usable.
